ForU VPN is a VPN software subscription service operated by FASTABLE TECHNOLOGY PTE. LTD. Our registered address is 138 CECIL STREET, #13-02, CECIL COURT, SINGAPORE 069538. Our official website is www.foru-vpn.com.
2. Accepting these terms
By using the ForU VPN service, you agree to these terms and the Acceptable Use Policy. You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and use the service only where permitted by applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
3. What we provide
ForU provides VPN software, encrypted connections and secure network access as a subscription-based digital service. VPN protection does not guarantee complete anonymity, uninterrupted access, a particular connection speed or protection from all online threats. Performance depends on your device, internet connection, location and network conditions.
4. Prices and access periods
Basic costs CNY 9.9 for 3 days; Standard costs CNY 38 for 30 days; Premium costs CNY 98 for 90 days; Ultimate costs CNY 258 for 365 days. Each plan provides access to the ForU VPN service for its stated period. CNY means Chinese yuan. The total payable amount and any applicable taxes are shown before payment.
5. Payments and delivery
ForU VPN is an operating VPN software subscription service. Online purchasing on this website and new in-app purchasing are Coming Soon while we complete payment integration. No payment is collected through these new purchase features until they are enabled. For the new purchasing flow, we plan to verify successful payment and then activate subscription access on the customer’s ForU account. This integration is not yet available for purchases. The delivery timing and order confirmation details will be displayed before a customer can pay. No physical goods are shipped. See the Delivery Policy.
6. Plan renewal and cancellation
All current ForU VPN plans are prepaid fixed-term plans and do not automatically renew. Customers may purchase a new plan after the current subscription expires. See the Cancellation Policy.
7. Accounts and availability
Keep credentials confidential and notify support of suspected unauthorized use. Check the platform pages for current application availability. Features labeled Coming Soon cannot yet be downloaded or activated through this website.
8. Three-hour free trial
All accounts are eligible for a three-hour free trial. The trial starts at account registration and ends three hours after the registration time, whether or not you are connected. Online registration on this website is Coming Soon.
9. Refunds
The Refund Policy sets out eligibility and request procedures, including the one-day no-reason refund offer for qualifying plans of 30 days or more. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Acceptable use and suspension
Do not engage in fraud, unauthorized access, network attacks, malware distribution or other conduct prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy. We may restrict or suspend access to address security incidents, serious misuse, non-payment or legal requirements. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect.
11. Privacy and service changes
The Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be processed. Material updates to these terms are published on this website. When required, we provide notice of changes that materially affect an existing subscription.
12. Responsibility and liability
You remain responsible for lawful use of the service, the security of your account and the content you access or transmit. We remain responsible for obligations imposed on us by applicable law. ForU does not control third-party websites or networks. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud or any liability, consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.
